Babies & Birthdays

Babies grow SO FAST. We know this. We are told over and over again to savor every moment and yet somehow we blink and our baby is sitting, crawling, walking and talking. Milestone sessions are a great way to stop time in a photograph and capture your little one as they grow. I typically photograph babies at two different milestones. The first is when they learn to sit without support (often around 6-9 months of age). This session type is often referred to as a “sitter” session for obvious reasons- they legitimately just sit there and look adorable doing it! The second milestone is scheduled just prior to their first birthday and can be done with or without a cake smash included. Both milestone sessions include the use of the studio wardrobe which is stocked with a variety of different outfits that work well in the studio setting.
