Hi, I’m Meredith
And those handsome men pictured with me are my husband, Justin and our three boys, Owen, Marshall and Graham. It was not intentional that our boys’ first initials together result in “OMG” but boy is it appropriate! The three of them collectively drive me to the brink of crazy, yet I still completely and utterly adore them! I’m pretty sure that sums up motherhood for a lot of us.
In addition to being a newborn photographer, I had the privilege of working as a NICU nurse for 11 years. I have always loved babies (who doesn’t?) and am so grateful that God has given me so many opportunities to work with them. In my humble opinion there is no greater subject to photograph than that of a brand new baby. They are all such miracles- fearfully and wonderfully made. Their creases, rolls, cute little toes, pouty lips, and spots on their nose [I’m a poet too] – I love it all and feel so blessed to be able to photograph them. I pride myself on posing your baby safely and producing beautiful images and artwork that your family will cherish for years to come.

One of my favorite aspects of posed-newborn photography is the artistry involved with creating unique, customized setups for each of my little clients. Prior to your session date, I will have meticulously planned out a number of different sets for your baby. These sets typically include rustic and vintage elements. I love incorporating greens and floral accents as well.
