Newborn Photography Blog 2.0

Hi Friends, it’s been a while. When I first started this business back in 2011, I began a blog on my website and did my best to keep up with posting images from each session I photographed.  I typically posted too many, because I loved them all, of course.  But over time, I started slacking and the blog died a slow death.  Over the last few years, the only blog posts I did were the end-of-the-year updates/giveaways. You see, despite my incredible grammatical skills (insert a laugh from my sister with the English degree here), I’m not exactly a writer.  Coming up with something to say about every session I photograph was a challenge.  I’m a sucker for babies.  So, naturally, I’m going to feel the need to tell you how each one was completely adorable, pained my ovaries and stole my heart. But after writing that a few times, it starts to sound insincere and repetitive, no? I started to hate blogging because I just didn’t know what to write. Now here we are. I started a new blog. (dun dun dun!) Did I suddenly have an epiphany and learn how to write an interesting and engaging photography blog? Not exactly. But, I’d like to give it another shot, nonetheless.  I still love the idea of showcasing some of my sessions here and using this medium to communicate with my clients- past, present, and future.  So… here we go. I hope you’ll follow along. 🙂
